Terms and Conditions
Up to 3 applications may be made each calenday year per email address. Further applications
from the same email address will not be considered.
There is no cash alternative to this offer.
Successful
applicants will receive a full new-patient consultation including clinical photographs, visual mouth cancer check and
x-rays taken at the practice required for the initial consultation completely free of charge and without obligation.
Applications
will be treated on a strictly first-come-first-served basis.
Successful applicants will be seen as soon as possible.
Examinations must be booked within 4 weeks of application unless the practice is unable to accomodate appointments within
that period. In that case successful applicants will be told when the next available appointment can be made.
