Attending for Emergency treatment
While it is always preferable to prevent emergencies arising by undergoing regular care, new patients
to the practice often first attend because of pain or other dental problems. In this event we will do our utmost to see you
as quickly as possible; usually within hours of your call.
When we make these arrangements, please try to attend at least 15 minutes before the appointment so
that the receptionist can complete the necessary administration. When a new patient attends with an emergency the dentist
will normally only carry out the treatment required to resolve this and you will be invited to make a general consultation
appointment at a later date.
